We are looking for a Swedish team player that would like to join our company as a Customer Service Representative in the Swedish team for a short term contract (7 Months).

The customer service representative supports field operation partners to manage e.g. contract review processes, customer enquiries, orders and service requests.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Supporting customers and field operations by using the integrated in-house software systems (mainly Oracle).
• Manage the order and credit process, create, maintain and renew contracts
• Handle all kinds of customer inquiries like pricing, stock availability, deliveries and production which come in by phone, fax, e-mail and mail.

YOUR STRENGTHS
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks: analytical skills, sound judgment and flexibility
• Customer focus and service oriented
• Pleasant phone behavior
• Good communication skill
• Mother tongue Swedish, good knowledge of English, any other language an asset
• Good computer skills

Swiss nationality, Swiss C, B, or G work permit is requested

I am a Swedish girl doing an internship at the OHCHR in Geneva. I am looking for ways to work extra during evenings and/or weekends. I'd be happy to teach Swedish, if there is someone out there that wants to learn it.
